Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept our guests under 14 and our pet friends.
• If you request, we provide transfer services with VIP service providers. (Transfer fees may vary depending on the service providers)
• If you come with your own vehicle; we park your car in our car park in the village and we will take you with our Safari jeeps which is 5 minutes away to our hotel
• Cancellations or changes can only be made up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
